Honey Road sells honey and related food products.

Our products are sold as food products only.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Legal or regulatory concerns

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.

Prices may change at any time without notice. Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges may apply depending on the customer’s location.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, taxes, or local fees imposed by their country.

6. Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Payments may be processed by Stripe or other third-party payment processors. By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.

We do not store full card details on our website.

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as reasonably possible.

Estimated shipping times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Weather or logistical disruptions

  • High order volume

  • International shipping delays

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

We may request photos, tracking information, packaging evidence, or confirmation from the shipping carrier before issuing a replacement or refund.

 

We want customers to be satisfied with their order. Refund requests are reviewed in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer law.

Refunds may be approved where:

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The order was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier

  • The product was defective or unusable on arrival

  • A refund is required by applicable consumer law

Refunds are generally not provided where:

  • The customer changes their mind after the order has shipped

  • The customer provides an incorrect shipping address

  • Delivery is delayed for reasons outside our control

  • The product has been opened, used, consumed, or tampered with

  • The customer fails to collect the parcel

  • Customs or import authorities reject, delay, or seize the shipment

  • The issue is reported an unreasonable time after delivery

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used items.

If you believe your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at thehoneyroads@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Delivery address

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will review the request and may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit where appropriate.

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot usually be cancelled. The customer may need to follow the return or refund process where applicable.
